1. Service Description and Availability
- 1.1 WebLiveHub provides a white-label live streaming platform, including streaming, chat, and tipping features. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," and we do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully meet your expectations.
- 1.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
2. Free Trial and Paid Plans
- 2.1 The free trial is for testing purposes with no time limit but limited features (e.g., shared server, ads). We assume no responsibility for the availability or performance of the free trial.
- 2.2 Paid plans (Standard $29.99/month, Premium $59.99/month) offer advanced features but do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation.
3. Disclaimer
- 3.1 WebLiveHub does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all user needs. The system may be unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or third-party problems (e.g., server providers).
- 3.2 You understand and agree that you use the service at your own risk.
4. Limitation of Liability
- 4.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebLiveHub and its affiliates’ total liability for any losses arising from the use of the service (including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption) shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the past 12 months.
- 4.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if such damages were foreseeable.
5. Force Majeure
- 5.1 WebLiveHub is not liable for service interruptions or failures due to force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, wars, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures).
6. User Obligations and Indemnification
- 6.1 You agree to comply with all applicable laws and not use the service for illegal purposes (e.g., copyright infringement, distribution of illegal content).
- 6.2 You agree to indemnify and hold WebLiveHub harmless from any third-party claims, losses, or legal fees arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination of Service
- 7.1 We may terminate or suspend your use of the service at any time for any reason (including but not limited to violation of these terms or technical limitations) without liability.
- 7.2 Upon termination, fees paid by you are non-refundable.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- 8.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- 8.2 Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for arbitration under its current rules, with the place of arbitration being Singapore and the language of arbitration being English.
